Santa Cruz County to Reconsider Vacation Rental Regulations- 11/9/14 22:15 P.M.D.

The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors is considering changes in vacation rentals regulations. The board is to have a public meeting to examine possible amendments to current legislation. A list of possible changes mailed to property owners includes, signage, online contacts lists, and a cap of 15 percent of vacation dwellings per an area with individual blocks not to exceed 20 percent. The meeting is slated for 12 p.m., Wednesday at the Board of Supervisors Chambers at 701 Ocean Street.
