SC Co. Supervisors Testify Against Crude Oil-3/12/17-1139-pmd

(11:47) PAJARO- Santa Cruz County Board members will be in San Luis Obispo today (Monday). John Leopold and Zach Friend are to testify against a proposed rail project at the Phillips 66 Santa Maria Refinery in Arroyo Grande. The project proposes the transport of crude oil through the Watsonville Junction railyard in Pajaro.  The supervisors are expected to testify on the ecologically sensitive Pajaro River and its relation with the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.
