The Santa Cruz county health department has confirmed that someone in Santa Cruz County has contracted Hepatitis A.
The diagnosis is linked to the recall of a berry product sold at Costco.
The brand is Townsend Farms Organic Anti-Oxidant Blend.
Common symptoms include: Abdominal pain, pale stools, and yellow eyes or skin. Hepatitis A symptoms can show as early as 2 weeks or as long as 50 days.
