The County of Santa Cruz will hold a public meeting to discuss updates to regulations for construction of accessory dwelling units. Updates to County ADU regulations are needed to better conform to state guidance on statewide ADU laws, including parking standards, rebuilding following disasters, number of ADU units permitted, owner-occupancy rules and more. The meeting is open to stakeholders and interested members of the public . An Online Community Meeting will be held at May 11, 2021 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
