The Santa Cruz County has announced it will be releasing reports. On Tuesday at 10 a-m the grand jury will release its first two reports of te 2019-2020 empanelment. The grand jury has legal authority to examine special districts throughout the county, as well city and county government agencies. The jury panel serves as oversight representation for county residents to ensure government accountability.
