Authorities arrested two suspected gang members on Friday. Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies were investigating reported gang activity near Winkle Park in the Soquel area when they spotted a vehicle associated with a gang related investigation. The vehicle fled the area and a chase ensued until the car stopped near Dominican Hospital and a passenger fled on foot. The driver, Enrique Rocha and two juveniles were taken into custody, a loaded pistol was also recovered. The other suspect, Issac Urquiza, was apprehended nearby. The juveniles were released to their parents with charges pending.
