Santa Cruz County recently opened the Recovery Permit Center. The center is to assist victims of the CZU Lightning Complex fires with all aspects of permitting for the rebuilding process. The county is offering technical assistance, streamlined permit processes, information about pre-application clearances and support as residents begin the rebuilding process.
