(19:04) FELTON- The American Lung Association has giving Santa Cruz County a failing grade for its air quality. According to a recent study the grade was due to high levels of winter time particle pollution. The pollution is due to large numbers of wood burning stoves in the San Lorenzo Valley. Santa Cruz County has more than double the rate of pediatric asthma, compared to the state average.
