(14:56) SANTA CRUZ- The County of Santa Cruz is now offering a Bicycle Traffic Safety class. The two hour class is offered for bicyclists that have received a traffic citation and is taught by a nationally certified instructor. The next class is from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday April 20th.
