The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in locating a missing at risk woman. Jennifer Whitehorn was last seen leaving her Santa Cruz County home on June 20. Her last known location was near Castro St and Duboce Ave in San Francisco. Whitehorn is 40-years-old with brown hair and eyes, 5-foot 4-inches tall and 160 pounds. She may be driving a lifted Black 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee (7JPR793). Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 831-471-1121.
