Santa Cruz police arrested an alleged drug dealer and burglary suspect late Sunday night. A patrol officer recognized 43 year old Joaquin Romero as a suspect in a burglary investigation. The officer initiated a high risk stop near Woodstock Pizza on Front Street. Romero was found to be in possession of , cocaine, heroin and meth for sales. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on multiple charges.
