(9:22) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies apprehended a man with an outstanding arrest warrant Friday night. The incident took place near Dominican hospital when a patrol unit spotted 30 year old Michael France riding a bicycle. France ignored requests to stop and attempted to evade the officers. A brief foot chase before France was taken into custody. A search of his person uncovered burglary tools and stolen credit cards. France was booked into county jail on multiple charges.
