attendance at the san benito county fair is down from last year. fair officials reported that 17,456 people attended this years fair, which is a 4-percent decrease from 18,199 last year. this year, the fair offered a special promotion of a “family fair pack”, 15 dollars for 4 tickets. fair management said that presale ticket sales were up by 40 percent from last year.
