a san benito county man, responsible for a state wide amber alert on tuesday, has been charged with kidnapping his 13 year-old daughter. 34 year-old marcelino ramirez was arrested around 4:30 a.m. wednesday after a witness reported seeing a man who fit the description in the amber alert. he is being held in san benito county jail on charges of kidnapping, lewd acts with a minor and preventing a witness from reporting a crime. ramirez is set to appear in a san benito county courtroom for an arraignment on tuesday at 2 p.m..
