Ted Burke is owner of the Shadowbrook and Crow’s Nest in Santa Cruz. Both places are favorites with the locals. Ted joins MZ to discuss the history of both, but with an emphasis on the history of the Shadowbrook. This restaurant started off as a wood cabin in the 1920’s and has gone through a lot of changes and additions to make it the unique place that has become an icon of Santa Cruz.
