The Santa Cruz SPCA has appointed a new executive director. Robert Armbrust has 20-years worth of nonprofit experience. Armbrust has previously worked at the Humane Society of Silicon Valley and the Boys and Girls Club of San Mateo. He will become executive director effective January 5th.
