Santa Cruz police arrested two suspects after two men were stabbed yesterday(Easter Sunday). Shortly before 1:30 p.m. patrol units arrived near Liebrandt and Beach Streets, to investigate a reported fight and stabbings. The officers located an 18 year old and 22 year old with knife wounds to the arm and torso. The victims both from Sacramento, are described as uncooperative, and were transported to the hospital and treated and released. 38 year old Larry Lloyd Lee and 19 year old Juan Carlos Ortega were arrested and booked into county jail. The incident appears to be gang related. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Santa Cruz police.
