Cal Fire responded to a blaze north west of Boulder Creek on Saturday. The Eagle Fire broke out about 4 p.m. and completely engulfed the unused Eagle Rock Fire Lookout Tower. A nearby state communication site was also destroyed by the fire. The cause of the Eagle Fire is under investigation.
