A man from North Carolina disappeared from Santa cruz Monday. 50-year-old Mark Evans was last heard from by family members on March 7. The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office reported that Evans may have serious medical issues that could put him at risk. He is described as a white male, 140 lbs, 6′ tall, with a receding hairline and ponytail. Evans is familiar with the Santa Cruz area and is most likely on the west side or somewhere along the north coast. He is driving a gray 2006 Toyota Corolla with a North Carolina license plate with number S-N-H-5-2-6-3. Anyone with information regarding Evans’ whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office.
