The Santa Cruz Harbor resume partial dredging operations. Beginning on October 2nd three locations in the upper harbor will utilize the new Twin Lakes Dredge. The smaller dredge Squirt will take over in the upper harbor when Twin Lakes moves to the harbor mouth in November.
