An elderly man who was found dead at the Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor last week has been identified. Police say 70-year old William Frederick Miller, who was a resident on a boat at the dock, was found at about 9 a.m. on November 10th floating near the “I” dock. An autopsy determined Miller died from an accidental drowning. No foul play is suspected in his death. Miller would have turned 71 on November 11th.
