A Santa Clara County prosecutor could face disciplinary action. Authorities were made aware the prosecutor used his 13 year old daughter to lure a suspected child molester. As a result 76 year old Ali Mohammad Lajmiri was arrested on suspicion of child molestation after he made contact with the prosecutor’s daughter. The prosecutors’ name is being withheld to proctect the identity of his daughter.
