39-pounds of methamphetamine, worth a street value of $43,000, was found during a traffic stop in Santa Clara County last week. The vehicle was pulled over in the area of Highways 101 and 152 around 10 p.m. Friday. The driver of the vehicle, a 54-year old woman from Tijuana Mexico, was arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of possession and transportation of meth for sale and importing a controlled substance into the state.
