A preliminary hearing was set yesterday for a man accused of murdering a 17-year old on a Sand City recreation trail over a year ago. 22-year old Alejandro Hernandez-Delgado pleaded not guilty to the October 2012 murder of Antonio Luis-Garcia. He’s also being charged with an enhancement alleging the act was committed to benefit a criminal street gang. Delgado is scheduled to return on February 13th. He continues to be held on 2-million dollars bail.
