An 18 month old child died after being run over by a car in San Martin on Friday. Authorities say that an 80 year old driver was parking in a carport when the child walked on crawled into the path of the vehicle. The CHP determined drugs and alcohol were not involved. The accident is part of an ongoing investigation.
