a 1 day pop-up museum was set up in santa cruz’s san lorenzo park on saturday. the MUSEUM of art and history joined up with the coastal watershed council to host the event which focused on the health and future of the san lorenzo river. recreational plans, and environmental concerns were the subjects visitors commented on the most, especially FINDING the source of bacteria present in the river. a DISCUSSION meeting on the river’s future is to take place tonight (mon) at the patagonia outlet-415 river street, from 6:30-8:30 p-m. for details go to: www dot san lorenzo river dot org
