San Benito County has now transitioned to California’s MyTurn system for COVID-19 vaccine registration. It is online at myturn.ca.gov.
The MyTurn website allows Californians to register to be notified when they are eligible for the vaccine. The system will soon allow residents to also book a vaccination appointment if they are eligible.
Around 13,500 residents have registered on the county portal. Residents who previously signed up with the San Benito portal will need to register again with MyTurn at myturn.ca.gov.
Residents who registered through the San Benito portal will receive an email tomorrow notifying them of the change. County officials say the transition will not negatively affect their ability to get the vaccine.
San Benito County is currently vaccinating people 65 and older, workers in food and agriculture, education, child care, and emergency services.
