ACCORDING TO SALINAS POLICE, THE WOMAN WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE AND TOLD SHE HAD DEFAULTED ON I-R-S PAYMENTS AND WAS REQUIRED TO PAY THE GOVERNMENT IMMEDIATELY.
