(09:25) Salinas – A vigil is scheduled in East Salinas to remember homicide victims. The 13th Annual Christmas Vigil, hosted by A Time for Grieving and Healing, will take place tomorrow at 3 p-m at Closter Park, 401 Towt Street. The event is free and open to the public.
