The victim of a June 16th fatal shooting has been identified. 21 year old Jose Alberto Ramirez Lopez has been identified as the victim of a fatal shooting on the 400 block of Carol Drive in Salinas on Friday, June 16th. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Salinas police.
