A Salinas teenage has signed with a professional soccer team. 14 year old Emmanuel Ochoa is one of 5 teens in the San Jose Earth Quakes developmental program. Ochoa has signed a professional contract with the soccer organization. He is the first teenage goalkeeper to sign a professional contract with the San Jose Earthquakes.
