Salinas police officers arrested a man on Thursday, for robbing a subway sandwich shop. The shop on South Main Street was held up just before 3-p.m. the suspect fled the scene on a motorcycle, and was taken into custody at Gabilan and Main Streets, after witnesses provided his location to officers. Police are investigating if the suspect is involved in other recent robberies.
