Police in Salinas are seeking the public’s help as they investigate a shooting that took place on Caribbean Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
It was just before 1 p.m., when officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the 800 block of Caribbean Avenue.
Police found a male juvenile with several gunshot wounds. His injuries do not appear life-threatening.
The shooting is still under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to call police at 831-758-7321.
