A 24-year old man was taken into custody last week in Salinas following a domestic dispute. Police say Christopher Moore was arrested Thursday on the 18000 block of Kennedy Street on suspicion of shooting his mother’s boyfriend. The victim, Jose Arenas suffered one gunshot wound to the chest, and was taken to a local hospital where he is expected to survive.
