a man was injured in a shooting last night in salinas. the 42 year old victim was standing in front of his van buren street residence just after 10 p.m. when a dark colored 90’s sedan pulled up. a passenger got out of the car and fired several shots at the man. the victim was flown to a bay area trauma center, he is expected to survive. anyone with any information on this shooting is asked to contact the salinas police department.
