Salinas City Officials plan to hold a news conference Monday morning, to address plans to reduce violence in the city. Salinas Police Chief Luis Fetherolf and Mayor Dennis Donohue are sheduled to hold the conference at 10:30 a.m., at the City Hall Rotunda. (Which is located at 2-hundred Lincoln Avenue).
