Salinas Police are the publics help with locating a missing at-risk man. Authorities say that 23-year old Travis Walker was last seen on Monday February 26th near Imjin Parkway and 2nd Avenue in Marina. It is believed that Walker was planning to go to the beach or the mountains. Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact authorities.
