Salinas Police say they have arrested a man near Carr Lake for driving on a trail and having meth in this possession. The Salinas PD Off-Road Team was in the area and officers said they saw a vehicle driving on the trails.
Officers arrested the driver, 21-year-old Jose Aquilles Escobar. They said he had meth and shaved keys with him.
