(16:30) SALINAS- Salinas police have arrested a suspect in a 2015 murder investigation. Investigators determined that 25 tear old Charles Gutierrez is connected with shooting death of 22 year old Eliot Guerrero. Yesterday (Thurs) morning the SWAT team served an arrest warrant on the 500 block of Santa Maria Street and Gutierrez was arrested and charged with murder and booked into county jail.
