A 40 year-old Salinas man has been sentenced to spend 48 years in prison. That after Joel Milan Rodriguez pleaded “no contest” to molesting his step-daughters when they were children. If he is released from prison, he will be required to register as a sex offender. Rodriguez is not allowed to contact his step-daughters.
