Salinas Man Sentenced 07/07/18 16:50 S.S.

A  Salinas  man  has  been  sentenced  to  spend  more  than  30  years  in  prison.    That  after  Francisco  Javier  Navarro  pleaded  guilty  to  killing  his  brother-in-law  back  on  Christmas  Eve  in  2012,  and  then  fleeing  to  Mexico.
