A Salinas man was found guilty Friday. 28 year-old Wilfred Urias Echevarria was found guilty of 2 counts of injuring his wife during an argument back in October of 2015. Echevarria faces a maximum sentence of 4 years behind bars when he returns to a Monterey county court room for sentencing.
