A salinas farm has issued a precautionary recall of chopped romaine lettuce, due to possible Listeria contamination. Random tests by the f-d-a of chopped romaine lettuce from true leaf farms, showed the presence of the bacterium. The lettuce was shipped to Oregon, Idaho, and Washington state.
