Salinas police arrested a 14 year old following a Saturday morning break in. Police say a female juvenile run away used a pry bar to break into an occupied home on Tudor Avenue. A resident heard noise in the home and police were called. A perimeter was set up and the 14 year old was located and taken into custody.
