Salinas police arrested a juvenile on drug and weapons charges. The incident took place Thursday evening after a car following an attempted vehicle stop near Del Monte Avenue and Sunrise Street. Four suspects fled the vehicle on foot. A 17 year old was apprehended after attempt ing to toss a loaded hand gun. The juvenile was also in the possession of cocaine, a second revolver was also located. The teen was booked into juvenile hall.
