Salinas police arrested 2-people yesterday following the 8 p.m. shooting death of a 26-year-old man. Juan carlos franco Hernandez was found with multiple gunshots wounds in a residence on the 14-hundred block of teton avenue. he was declared dead at the scene. 1-victim was found in a nearby intersection. He was treated at a local hospital and released. A 3rd person, 19-year-old jose sebastian was also shot, however he has been arrested for murder. he arrived at a local hospital after the incident. The murder victim’s sister, 21-year-old noemi Hernandez was also arrested for murder, as well as conspiracy and gang enhancements.
