Salinas police have arrested three men suspected in the city’s 26th homicide that occurred over the weekend. The Saturday incident happened just before noon, when police say the victim 24-year old Eduardo Guijosa of Salinas was riding his bike on Boronda Road near McKinnon Street, when he was shot to death by several men waiting in a vehicle for him. Antonio Lopez, Alejandro Saldana and Richard Vasquez, all 22-years of age, were arrested and charged with murder and participating in a criminal street gang.
