2-teenagers were cited for vandalism and possession graffiti tools on Sunday. At 10 a.m., salinas police officers responded to independence and constitution boulevard, after receiving a call about people spraying graffiti under a bridge. A 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were searched, and officers allegedly found spray paint and paint pens in their backpack. The teens were cited and released to their parents.
