A Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System Doctor is facing criminal charges as well as civil litigation. Cardiologist, Dr. Robert Wlodarczy is accused of fondling patient’s breasts while she was under general anesthesia for a medical procedure. The Monterey County DA’s office has filed charges for the same incident alleged in a civil suit by the patient who was also a hospital employee at the time.
