A Salinas couple has been arrested on vehicle theft and felony evading officers. 29-year-old Jason Crisp and 20 year-old Ricki Lee Warren led law enforcement officers on a high speed chase on southbound Highway 101, that ended in Gaviota this morning. The truck they were driving had been stolen from a Salinas car lot last night. Crisp and Warren were booked into Santa Barbara County Jail.
